This week we upgraded the REFM website to serve you better. Here’s what you need to know:
- The website and blog are now consolidated and they are mobile-friendly, so you can shop and surf from any device at any time with ease
- If you are an existing REFM account holder, you may need to reset your password upon login (click My Account at the top to login and to sign out). Note that if you are also a Valuate user, resetting your REFM password will NOT change your Valuate password. You do not need to update your Valuate password.
- If you are an REFM Certification holder, nothing has changed. You can still login to your testing account with your separate testing platform credentials.
- If you have had Academic pricing status with REFM, are still a student or faculty, and your status was approved more than one year ago, you will need to submit your current credentials for re-approval.
Submit questions and search the Support Center at any time from the green question mark at the bottom right of the site. Enjoy!
