REFM Summer Internship Program 2012
Title: Associate (Master’s-level) and Analyst (Undergraduate-level)
Open Positions: One at each level
Start Date: May 2012
Hours: 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday
Responsibilities:
- Work on REFM Consulting assignment deliverables
- Work in existing REFM Excel Model Templates and make improvements as directed
- Create new REFM Excel Model Templates across a variety of asset and transaction types
Requirements:
- Medium skill level in Excel and medium knowledge of commercial real estate analysis
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to listen to and follow intricate technical instructions
- Persistence
- Positive attitude
- Hunger to succeed in commercial real estate
- Sense of humor (it doesn’t have to be good, you just need to have one)
